Crime: Man looted at gunpoint
Robbers looted AED13,000, eight mobile phones, 10 carats jewellery and other valuables
RAWALPINDI:
A man was looted at gunpoint in the Naseerabad area of Rawalpindi on Thursday. Muhammad Ayaz lodged a complaint with the local police stating that he was travelling to Kohat when three armed persons in a government vehicle intercepted him and looted AED13,000, eight mobile phones, 10 carats jewellery and other valuables. The police registered a case against the robbers but have made no arrests or recoveries yet.
