Under these regulations, Section 144 will be imposed in the district until June 9. In addition, a ban has been imposed on the unnecessary use of loudspeakers, the display of weapons and making speeches to provoke opponents.
The district administration also held a seminar on Tuesday at Hangu Public School and College to discuss these rules with LG candidates.
Participants were urged to remain calm and collected during the polling process and follow the rules set by the Election Commission of Pakistan. They were also informed that police officials had been deputed across the district to avoid any untoward incident and the candidates must also play their role in ensuring peace during the elections.
