Yousafzai Tribe: Late elder’s birthday today

BATKHELA: A dome constructed over the grave of late Yousafzai tribe elder Malik Ahmad Khan Baba will be inaugurated in Alladand Dheri area of Batkhela, Malakand on Sunday (today). Moreover, child specialist Dr Abdul Hameed Yousafzai, Communication and Works Chief Secretary Ijaz Yousafzai and Pashto poet Abasin Yousafzai have arranged a seminar the same day in connection with the 545th birth anniversary of the late elder. Poets and scholars from across Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Afghanistan and Europe will participate in the programme. Ahmad Baba migrated to K-P from Afghanistan in 1485 and spent the remaining years of his life here.
