Protest: Daytime robbery sparks demonstration
The sit-in was held at Bhagat Kunwar Ram Chowk in Jarwar town, within the limits of the Mirpur Mathelo police, Ghotki district.
Six armed men hit two shops belonging to Shewak Ram and Nazir Gabol, stole Rs150,000 and mobile phones and fled.
SHO Mirpur Mathelo Mukhtiar Mazari negotiated with the protesters and assured them of early arrests after which the protest ended.
