Serious consequences: Villagers protest police negligence

LARKANA: A demonstration was held at the SSP Roundabout on Thursday by the residents of Dodo Khan Loali village of Ratodero tehsil against the Ratodero police. They were protesting the police’s failure to arrest the accused involved in the murder of Hajo Mehmood, son of Pathan Lolai, who was killed on March 28. The protesters told the media that despite the passage of 34 days the Ratodero police have failed to arrest the accused, who is nominated in the FIR. They demanded his immediate arrest or they will follow through on their threat to starve themselves to death.
