One dish policy: Six arrested for violation
The secretariat assistant commissioner along with a team raided wedding halls on Club Road

The local administration has arrested six for violating one-dish law and late closure of wedding halls in the federal capital, said a press released issued here on Monday.
The administration said that the motorised boating was causing contamination of Rawal Lake. Violators would be dealt with in accordance with the law, said a spokesperson for the ICT Administration.

The secretariat assistant commissioner along with a team raided wedding halls on Club Road and found the managements violating the one-dish law.
The management also found the wedding halls open until 10pm. Meanwhile, the local admin also prohibited motorised boating at Rawal Dam under section 144 for two months with immediate effect.
The administration said that the motorised boating was causing contamination of Rawal Lake. Violators would be dealt with in accordance with the law, said a spokesperson for the ICT Administration.
