Set free: 8 prisoners released from Malir jail

KARACHI: Malir district and sessions judge Farooq Ali Channa has ordered the release of eight prisoners during his visit to the Malir district jail. Saiban International Welfare Organisation chairperson, Haq Nawaz Akhtar, paid the amount of the fines and traveling expenses for the eight prisoners, who had completed their sentences but were not released due to non-payment of their fines.
