In a tribute to the struggle faced by these children, UK-based photographer Jessica Fulford-Dobson created a photo series of the girls learning to skateboard at the NGO’s branch in Kabul. The NGO has since opened branches in Cambodia and South Africa. The initiative provides these girls with a source of physical exercise and fun.
