In custody: CTD arrests militant in Badhaber

He was wanted in several terrorism cases

PESHAWAR: The counter-terrorism department (CTD) arrested a militant from Badhaber on Wednesday. The man has been identified as Taj Muhammad, a resident of Malik Din Khel in Khyber Agency’s Bara tehsil, and was wanted in various cases. He was wanted in several terrorism cases, including an attack on Tajabad checkpost in which two police constables were killed. Muhammad also reportedly had a hand in an attack on a police team in Sarband and a Badhaber-bound bus in Soekarno Chowk. The government had placed Rs1million bounty on his head.
