Lahore High Court (LHC) adjourned on Tuesday the hearing of a petition moved by Railway Minister Khwaja Saad Rafique requesting the court to quash an FIR registered against him at Lohari Gate police station in 2004. The court asked both sides to come up with arguments on April 27.
Police had registered the FIR against him for holding marches and rallies against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf in 2004.
