As part of its ongoing anti-encroachment drive, the civic agency has removed a number of illegally-constructed structures and encroachments from various parts of the capital, said a press release issued on Saturday.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA)’s Enforcement Directorate has demolished many illegal structures and removed encroachments. In an operation carried out in Noori Bagh, Chahar and other areas of Bari Imam, teams of the enforcement directorate demolished two newly-constructed rooms and four illegally-constructed boundary walls on CDA land. Similarly, an illegally-constructed boundary wall in Saidpur Village and an under construction boundary wall in Sector G-7 were also demolished.
