Climate Change Minister Mushahidullah Khan has ordered disciplinary action against all the ZSP staff.

ZSP is an attached department of the ministry. It carries out survey and research on distribution, population and status of animals in Pakistan. The ZSP has 48 employees. The inspection team conducts surprise visits to attached departments to report about their performance. The inspection team visited to ZSP office at 9am, but found no staffer present except a security guard.

After repeated calls, only four employees turned up at 10am, who could not satisfy the inspection team about why they were late for work.
