Hell Hath No Fury: Woman strangles husband

FAISALABAD: A woman with the help of two accomplices killed her husband near Langrana police station on Thursday. The Langrana SHO told The Express Tribune that Naseer Ahmad Kalyar, a resident of Chak 200-JB, had hired Mazhar Kalyar for his cattle farms six months ago and let him to reside there.  He said Mazhar became friendly with his employer’s wife Zahida Bibi and began meeting secretly. He said on Sunday, Naseer saw them together and forbade them from speaking to each other again. The SHO said Bibi, Mazhar and his brother Fazl strangled Naseer when he was asleep. He said Naseer’s brother Hafiz Ahmad Yar had called police when he heard commotion in the house. He said police had taken the body into custody and arrested the suspects. He said an FIR had been registered.
