KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court on Wednesday sent seven alleged Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan militants to police custody on physical remand. Syed Iftikhar Hussain, Nafees Ahmed, Waseem Ahmed, Waris Khan, Muhammad Farooq, Salar Iftikhar Shah and Zahid were arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department during a search operation in Shah Latif Town on Tuesday night. The prosecution claimed that rifles, pistols and hand grenades were seized from their possession.
