Training programme launched for disabled

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) has launched a nationwide enterprise development training programme for persons with disabilities in order to impart skills which will help them earn income for themselves and their families.

The purpose of the programme is to train more than 600 people annually, enabling them to become independent breadwinners. As part of the programme, PPAF will also help persons with disabilities develop business plans and raise finances for establishing businesses of their choice immediately after undergoing the training.
