Khimchand Sanjo | 9 years ago | Reply Sindh Government will remain ultimately responsible despite of hand over of public health hospitals/BHU`s to reputable NGOs'. In Sindh there is completely political involvement in every minute activity therefore we may not expect any relief for public from this decision because there will remain political involvement. Secondly there is question on capacity of these NGOs' for to delivery of services at such scale. Thirdly level of authority given to these NGO's is not clear...if they have been the authority to hire & fire of HR then it may be some how efficient otherwise we may not expect any thing good. Then question is that what will be doing health department?
