
Centuries by Qamber Iqbal and Ahmer bin Nasir helped Sindh Police take a first-innings lead over Saudi Cricket on the second day of their third-round fixture of the Patron’s Trophy Grade II at the Rashid Latif Academy in Karachi on Wednesday.
Iqbal and Nasir scored 120 and 100 respectively to help Sindh Police score 436 in their first innings, while at the end of play, Saudi Cricket were batting their second innings on 132-2 and trailing by nine runs.
In the other match, Navy were at 111-4 in their second innings, leading Medicam by 290 runs and Customs were trailing K-Electric by 130 runs.
In the Group B matches, CDA were batting against Humak Engineering on 176-3 at the end of play, whereas NADRA were on 307-8 against Army in their first innings.
