A Pakistani man has become the 187th winner of Dubai Duty Free’s $1 million prize draw.

The draw for the Dubai Duty Free (DDF) Millennium Millionaire took place on Tuesday at the Dubai International Airport, producing the promotion’s 187th dollar millionaire, a Pakistani national, Adnan Malik.

In a statement, the DDF said Malik is the 8th Pakistani national to win the Millennium Millionaire Promotion.

“The lucky dollar millionaire is not available for comments and will definitely be surprised when he learns of his fantastic win,” it said, indicating that word is yet to reach Malik about the prize that is waiting for him.

The DDF conducted its Finest Surprise Draw directly after the Millennium Millionaire and announced two lucky winners of luxury vehicles.

Meanwhile, Najeeb M Almana, a Saudi national and a businessman from Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, was excited to hear the news that he has won an Audi Q7 3.0T.

“As a regular visitor of Dubai I love shopping in Dubai Duty Free and buying a ticket in the Finest Surprise promotion became a habit for me. I’ve been waiting for a long time before I finally got lucky and now I look forward to visiting Dubai one more time to receive my precious prize,” said Almana by phone.

Further, a Ducati Monster 821 Dark was won by Jasim Uddin, a 27-year-old Bangladeshi national living in Dubai.
