Virat Kohli professes love for Anushka on Twitter

The star cricketer and Bollywood starlet have avoided questions about their relationship in the past

Actor believes speaking about her relationship in public would make ‘its sanctity go away’.

In a rare display of public affection, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli professed love for his beau and actor Anushka Sharma, lauding her performance in her recent movie, NH10.

While one is off scoring centuries in Australia, the other is busy working on her films Bombay Velvet and Dil Dhadakne Do in Mumbai. But the long distance doesn't seem to bother the couple who continue to express love and shower praise on each other on Twitter.

Anushka's film NH10, which released last week, is doing well at the box office. Kohli took time out amid all the world cup hype not just to watch the film but also to share his review with his Twitter followers.

“Just watched #NH10 and I am blown away. What a brilliant film and specially an outstanding performance by my love @AnushkaSharma. SO PROUD :),” he tweeted.

Hitting 10k retweets, Kohli’s declaration of love was positively and ecstatically received by audiences. Anushka too was quick to respond but seemed a bit cautious.

Anushka’s response on Twitter might be a nonchalant “Thank you” but she did not shy away from talking about her relationship with Kohli in a recent interview with Absolute India. “I never spoke about anything and I will never speak about anything. I have just not denied being in a relationship with Virat because, well, that is something I wouldn't do. I am in a relationship with him and I have respect for my relationship. The only reason I don't talk about it is because we don't know where to draw the boundary. If someone comes out in the open and tells you that yes I am in a relationship and if you are going to constantly just keep asking questions, it's like my personal space isn't being respected,” she had said.

Looks like the duo are in a happy place. Their fans are also loving the PDA and took to Twitter to express their joy.
