LONDON: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has decided to visit Pakistan by the end of this month, Express News reported on Sunday.

According to sources, Bilawal is expected to arrive in Karachi on March 28 after which he will be visiting Lahore for one day.

The PPP chairman will also be visiting the Bhutto mausoleum in Gari Khuda Baksh on April 3 on the anniversary of former prime minister and his grandfather, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

Earlier, reports of an alleged rift between the President Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal surfaced after Bilawal reportedly decided against addressing PPP workers on Foundation Day because of his differences with PPP’s central leaders regarding the party’s stance vis-à-vis the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), PPP officials told The Express Tribune.

On January 22, former Sindh chief minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim also took the media by surprise when he announced that Bilawal would soon join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.

Addressing the media outside the Sindh Assembly, Rahim quipped about the possible scenario, while reminding the media about Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) chief Pir Pagara’s prediction of Bilawal leaving his inherited party for the N-League.
