Abbottabad rape case: Court sends 3 rapists to jail for 14 years
Mushtaq and Faizan gang-raped a teenaged student of intermediate, in a moving car.
ABBOTTABAD:
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Abbottabad on Thursday gave a 14-year sentence each to the three men accused of gang rape of a teenaged girl. According to prosecution Qari Naseer, the head of a seminary in Mohalla Dharmiyan, his two accomplices Hussain Mushtaq and Faizan gang-raped a teenaged student of intermediate, in a moving car, after offering her a lift when she was on the way on May 13, 2014. On her complaint and medical examination the police registered criminal case under section 376(2) of the PPC, but later added section 6 and 7 of ATA on the pressure of civil society organisations.
