Expo Pakistan 2015: KCCI meets foreign delegations
They looked for possibilities of enhancing trade and undertaking joint ventures
KARACHI:
Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) President Iftikhar Ahmed Vohra, Senior Vice President Muhammad Ibrahim Kasumbi and managing committee members on Thursday held meetings with various foreign delegates from the Czech Republic, Indonesia, Spain, Morocco and Latvia, who visited the KCCI’s pavilion at the Expo Pakistan 2015. They looked for possibilities of enhancing trade and undertaking joint ventures with the business community of Karachi. An eight-member delegation from the Czech Chamber of Commerce, led by its Vice President Borivoj Minar and accompanied by Czech Republic Ambassador Miroslav Krenek, said that the chamber, comprising more than 14,000 members and covering almost all sectors of the economy, was keen to enhance cooperation with Pakistani counterparts and look for opportunities of improving trade between the two countries.
