N waziristan accident: Two security personnel drown in a nullah

BANNU: Two officials of security forces drowned in a nullah in the Spin Warm area of North Waziristan while attempting to cross it during a search operation on Tuesday. An official of the security forces said operation Zarb-e-Azb was successfully underway in the agency, adding that the forces personnel were busy in a search operation in Spin Warm area. “Qamar and Sultan Amir were crossing a nullah in the area, when they reached the mid of the stream, an intense water wave washed them away.” The official said divers soon pulled both bodies out from the nullah and rushed them to the Civil Hospital, Bannu, where they were pronounced dead.
