Rescue officials rushed to the site, shifting injured to a local hospital while security forces cordoned off the area.
SHO Chaman police station Inspector Agha Mohammed told The Express Tribune that the explosives were planted in a box placed outside a hotel in the busy neighbourhood.
A car and buildings nearby were also damaged in the explosion.
Earlier on February 22, at least 12 people, including a nine-year-old boy, were injured in a remote-controlled explosion on Taj Raod of Chaman town.
