Muhammad Essa scored twice against Athletico along with Abdul Rehman, and Aurangzeb senior sealed the victory in the 76th minute.
KPT also bagged a big win as Muhammad bin Younus scored a hat-trick against Young Blood FC. Zahid Ahmed scored a brace and Muhammad Waseem added to their opponent’s woes with the sixth goal. Young Blood could only reply through Asim Mansoor’s goal in the 56th minute. Meanwhile, Pakistan International Airlines beat National Bank of Pakistan 2-1.
