Fashionistas gear up to launch high-street fashion brand ‘Rheson’.

Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor has a ‘Rheson’ to smile as she and her younger sister Rhea are set to launch their new fashion line. Sonam who is always styled by her sister, shared the news on Twitter: “My beautiful sister and I are starting a high-street fashion brand called #rheson,” reported Deccan Chronicle.


The actor, who is known for her fashion choices every time by constantly re-vamping her style, wishes to communicate her fashion sense. Talking about this venture Sonam says, “We wanted to work on something that is owned by us and had our personal touch on every level. Our brand is called Rheson, a combination of Rhea and Sonam, phonetically pronounced reason. It’s a high street fashion brand meant for real Indian girls,” reported bollywoodlife.com.

Be it her recent visit to Paris for the Armani show or her debut at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival almost two years ago, she has astounded audiences with her fashion techniques. The high street chic clothing line won’t be high on prices too, confirmed Sonam. The style will be affordable and accessible, even to small town girls who desire to dress like the fashionista.

Sonam knows how to don every outfit she wears effortlessly, and now her fans who revere her fashion sense will get a flavour of the Dolly ki Doli diva’s personal fashion in their own closets. She is confident that her collection will comprise clothes that anybody can wear every day. She further tweeted that it was Rhea’s vision to create a collaborative fashion line with her sister for many years.

Anil Kapoor, being the proud dad, took on to Twitter to appreciate his daughters. He tweeted, “Another Rheson to make me proud! @sonamakapoor @RheaKapoor” Reportedly, Sonam and Rhea along with a group of designers will be designing the clothes for their brand. Post launch, the sisters plan to create almost 40 to 50 original pieces every couple of weeks and showcase their collections at a leading store.
