PARACHINAR:
A woman was killed and 14 others, including children, were injured in a high-intensity explosion inside a house in Sadda, Kurram Agency on Sunday.
According to officials of the political administration, the explosion occurred in the early hours and was so severe that it razed several portions of the house.
Locals and khasadar personnel rushed to the site to begin rescue efforts and shifted the injured to a hospital.

Sadda tehsil located adjacent to Orakzai Agency and Hangu district is home to a large number of Sunni tribesmen and the area is also known for the presence of militants associated with sectarian outfits.
