Faulty probe: Two investigation officers suspended
The IGP has suspended two investigation officers of Cantt division, Peshawar following complaints received against them. The Cantt SP conducted an enquiry and discovered the accused officers intentionally carried out a faulty investigation, exonerating a police officer. Following this, the IGP suspended the said officers and directed SSP operations to personally investigate the case, saying if the police constable is found guilty he should be arrested and put behind bars.
