Interior ministry sends 12 cases to be tried in military courts: ISPR

The military has received these cases after being forwarded by the provincial apex committees to the Interior Ministry

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan army spokesperson Major General Asim Bajwa on Saturday said that the military courts established as part of the National Action Plan (NAP) will start hearing terrorism cases.

The military has received these cases after being forwarded by the provincial apex committees to the Interior Ministry. The armed forces will kick off the military courts by hearing the 12 initial cases that have been brought forth.

In wake of the attack on Army Public School in Peshawar that left over 130 children dead, the 21st amendment was passed in the parliament which states that military courts will be established to try terrorists.

How much Zardari is secretive about his personal life, almost no body knew he got married and has a son. if I have to enlist the suspects in BB murder case. Zardari would be number 1 and Rehman Malik and Sherry Rehman shall be two major accomplices. Surely these two did not did not even attempt to save her which they could have just by pulling her down and and as pointed out by Musharaf the both are the main beneficiaries from her demise. Even in the western countries it is serious crime not to attempt to save an animal when one could. How much the both benefited and are benefiting is glaringly open today. One became Ambassador to USA and other is most influential and powerful in PPP. BB was a very caring person for the poor, She used to check the market prices of food essential like cooking oil sugar etc invariably every day from all over the country and she had most simple living herself. She knew there were mean exploiters around her and she used to give small orders in writing and even then she was dodged and cheated.Her dress was always simple, she knew how to give an order and how to get it implemented and executed with sharp dead line time limitation. Allah may bless her soul and may also forgive Zardari and his associates. Wishing all the best to Bilawal, Good for him to disassociate him self from his father. The case of Benazir Bhutto should be tried in the military court to reach to a conclusion as who killed BB.

Asif Zardari will not be interested to follow up the case after getting married with a Pakistani born American national five years back from whom he also have a child.

This is the only reason that Bilawal left Zardari as he is not willing to accept any step brother or sister from his step mother.

And on other hand Bilawal is preparing to get married with Fatima Bhutto to strengthen PPP on his own and without the guidance and support of his father Asif Ali Zardari.
