Following court orders, police registered FIR No 17/15 against Abid and Saqib at the North Nazimabad police station. The case has been registered on behalf of M Ahmed Bari, the father of ill-fated girl Kinza.
Kinza, 13, a student of class eight, had died last week and her mother and two younger siblings fell ill after consuming what the family claimed were poisonous burgers from Dilpasand Sweets’ in North Nazimabad.
SHO Nasir Sami said that they had complied with court orders but were still waiting for a chemical report on the allegedly contaminated burger.

It is the job of the provincial health department to have random inspection of restaurants to check the quality of food sold to customers but what one can do when in Pakistan money can buy every thing.
Kinza left this world once and for all after eating "Dipasand Burger".
The law did not took initiative on its own and SHO of North Nazimabad was waiting for court orders. Court would have also acted after Kinza's father had filed an application against the owners of Dipasand Restaurant, but the names of the two guys who are nominated in the FIR seems to be the workers, not the owner(s).
UAE is just at a distance of 90 minutes flight from Karachi. In UAE no restaurant can operate without acquiring a food Licence from Baldia (Municipal) Office and Baldia has its own set terms and conditions without which no one can open and operate a restaurant.
Moreover, if any one is fell sick and make a complaint against any restaurant in UAE, the Baldia will come in action at once and will seal the restaurant as well as Police will arrest the owner of the restaurant, not the employees.
This is Pakistan where there is no respect or value of human lives.
Kinza, you will not come back in this world again but the owner of Dilpasand Restaurant will also not even say sorry to you, as except very few people who can be counted on the fingers, majority of the people have no moral values to respect the human lives.
And the name of the restaurant is?.
I live in North Nazimabad. Dilpasand is still operating with ques of people in the line for food. If proper action is not taken by the concern authority then another family can also become the victim of such poisonous food. May God give patience to the family of departed soul.
Close down all operations of Dilpasand Sweets in the entire country. Punishment for the business owners must come first and then the workers. No more slackness in punishment just because a person is rich. No more, 'one step forward, two steps back.' Salams
Arrest the food inspector who checks their kitchen.
its been over a week now and still they are waiting for the chemical report.. pathetic corrupted country!
