The crash took place outside the Islamabad Sports Complex on Kashmir Highway as the car slammed into the Rangers' van from behind.
Witnesses said that the car was speeding due to which the driver lost control.
Two passengers, including the car's driver died on-spot.
The impact destroyed the entire front end of car and extensively damaged the van.
