Explosion: Cylinder blast creates panic in G-7/1

ISLAMABAD:

A gas cylinder exploded at a workshop in Sector G-7/1 on Wednesday and fortunately caused no loss of life and property.

According to a police official, the explosion was of a minor nature and rescue and police teams rushed to the scene after hearing the sounds of a blast.

At the time of the incident, news spread of a possible bomb blast in the city and panic gripped residents.

A few days ago, a gas cylinder blast in Rawalpindi killed three siblings and injured their parents.
