Facilitating citizens: Security AIG tasked to set up emergency helpline

The chief minister approved the proposal to hand over the Chowkundi police headquarters.

Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has approved the proposal to hand over the Muhafiz Force, Madagar 15, Madadgar 15 call centres, the Central Command and Control Centre, the complete premises of Hassan Square Police Headquarters and the Chowkundi police headquarters  to the Security Additional IG for upgradation  and establishment of police emergency service, 921.


He took this decision in a meeting at the CM House on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by finance minsiter Murad Ali Shah, Pakistan Peoples Party leader Sherry Rehman and other officials.


The chief minister approved the proposal to hand over the Chowkundi police headquarters as proposed by the Security AIG and directed the home department and Police IG to complete all the legal formalities and handover the facilities as soon as possible.
