The Accountability Court of Rawalpindi has rejected the medical certificate of Nusrat Bhutto in the Cotecna reference and has summoned her in the next hearing, Express News reported.
This is the first time that the accountability court has issued non-bailaible arrest warrants for 6 co-accused including foreign directors of Cotecna company.
The court said that the medical certificate can only be presented by the accused or his family members when NAB presented her certificate in the court.
Nusrat Bhutto is one of co-accused who received millions in kickbacks in illegal award of contract to Cotecna company .
