Former PPP MPA shot dead in Charsadda

CHARSADDA:
Former PPP-Sherpao MPA Alam Zeb Umarzai and 3 others shot dead in Charsadda area of  Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday, Express News reported.

Former MPA Alam Zaib Umer Zai of PPP Sherpao group was outside the sui gas office when unknown gunmen opened fire at him.  Sui Gas officer Sher Jaan and FC personal Mubarik Jaan were also killed, while two people were injured during the firing.

The injured have been shifted to district hospital Charsadda.

Locals and workers of PPP Sherpao group protested against the killings outside the hospital.

It is important to note that he was twice attacked earlier as well.
