Police have arrested an SHO and 10 other people, including eight policemen, over charges of stealing oil from the Pak-Arab Refinery Limited pipeline.
Larkana in-charge SSP Kamran Nawaz conducted a surprise raid and found Dhamrah SHO Umaid Ali Shah, Mazhar Abro, Mir Hassan Gopang, Parco employee Achar Gopang and others stealing oil.
