ISLAMABAD:
The enforcement directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) carried out an operation against illegal constructions in the capital’s newly opened sectors of C-15 and C-16 in Dhoke Madu and Dhoke Nusrat. Officials demolished 104 rooms constructed on the authority’s land and retrieved 25 kanals from illegal occupants. A heavy contingent of police was also present for assistance of CDA staff. During another operation, enforcement staff demolished a market comprising five shops built on CDA land near Sangjani Toll Plaza along the GT Road.
