Let’s see whose styles stunned on the 41st Annual People’s Choice Awards red carpet

UMNIA SHAHID January 09, 2015

The stars got all decked up for their big night at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre LA Live on January 7, 2015. From Kaley Cuoco to Katharine McPhee, there were plenty of stand-out styles on the red carpet, with jumpsuits being a dominant dress. It also seemed like the stars are not in a mood to glam up with bling this season.

Let’s see whose styles stunned on the 41st Annual People’s Choice Awards red carpet.

Kaley Cuoco

The Big Bang Theory star proved that a sleek jumpsuit is a fresh alternative to a cocktail dress. The actor worked a very fashion-forward look in her monochrome midi Mirage jumpsuit by Peggy Hartanto, which featured black flare pants. The cut out side accents did remarkably well in showcasing the starlet’s slender waist, and the spaghetti strap gave the outfit a zesty appeal. A smokey eye, nude pink lip and coiffed hair completed her edgy look effortlessly.

Katharine McPhee

The Smash star surely looked smashing in a cut-out striped dress by Balmain Paris. The well-fitted bodycon showed off her killer figure to perfection. The white and black criss-cross bodice and the horizontal striped bottom added drama to her ensemble. Rocking a bold ox-blood lip paired with her dark chestnut hair pulled back into a slick pony-tail, Katharine stood tall in delicate black strappy heels and certainly did a great job turning heads.

Stana Katic

Katic was undoubtedly the surprise of the evening with her graceful Carolina Herrera gown. Donning a noir hue for the big event, the Castle star oozed elegance and class. The strapless bustier dress was festooned with ivory-gold floral embroidery and featured a net overlay. Wearing Brian Atwood shoes, an Amanda Pearl leather clutch, and a chunky Neil Lane ring, the sultry diva made a definite style statement. Precisely applied black eye-liner and a flaming red pout polished up her tasteful look.

Portia de Rossi

The Australian beauty looked long and lean in a cobalt blue sleeveless jumpsuit. Her outfit hailed from Zuhair Murad’s Resort 2015 collection. The nude trend was exhibited at its best through the distinctive mesh panels around the plunge neckline. Keeping her accessories to a bare minimum, the Arrested Development star looked feminine and sophisticated. She further toned down her look by rocking her wavy blonde locks in a messy fashion and donning nude pointy heels.
