GUJRANWALA:
A seven-year-old was criminally assaulted and stoned to death in Gujranwala, Express News reported on Wednesday.
The young girl went missing yesterday evening and police recovered her body after an extensive search.
The body was recovered from the fields near her house.
Police confirmed the girl was assaulted based on the initial reports. However, the body was sent for further medical investigation.
Earlier in Lahore, a boy was also found strangled on the roof of a mosque, on January 3, after being molested several times.
