KARACHI:
The Hindu community, in the context of All Parties Conference and National Action Plan Committee, has shown anger and raised a number of questions on why the minority group was not represented. During a mass wedding held in Karachi, several members of the community asked whether or not the government considers attacks on Hindu temples as acts of terrorism. Pakistan Hindu Council president Chela Ram Kewlani replied that the council had highlighted the issue of non-inclusion of minorities at the time of APC formation. The patron-in-chief, Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, who is a Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz representative in the National Assembly, also said he was forwarded these concerns to the prime minister.
