ISLAMABAD: Information and Broadcasting Minister Pervaiz Rashid said on Saturday that recounting in the NA-122 constituency has frustrated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) which is levelling baseless allegations of vote rigging. After recounting in the National Assembly seat in Lahore, the factual position is clear to the entire nation, the minister said in statement. Pervaiz Rashid said that in fact the cumulative lead of Ayaz Sadiq over PTI chief Imran Khan has increased by 134 votes as compared to the original results. The minister said that the PTI leadership should have the sense of waiting for the result of Election Tribunal and courage to accept it.

I'm really happy to see the streets of sukkar. they have done a very noble deed. and as i look towards Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad its like we are are becoming more involved in Islam as years pass by. i would like to thank every person that decorated their homes and their streets because this act gives others a strong and united view about us that says we all are one and no one can defeat us. no matter how cruel and strong our enemy is we will always win. and showing this view probably makes us all proud.
