The two suspects had earlier carried out attacks on Kamra Aeronautical Complex and Hamza Camp and attempted a suicide attack on the GHQ, which was foiled by security officials.
The court had previously acquitted these suspects due to lack of evidence.
The acquittal was then challenged by the government, however, today the Rawalpindi bench dismissed government's plea.

@Ali: You mean the Big Chaudhary......???
Will a military court punish without evidence ? Was there any evidence in this case ? A judge, irrespective of his views, is bound to decide a case based upon the arguments and evidence given by the lawyers of both sides. He has no other option but to quit if there are no option.
The judge should be the first one presented in the Military court for not having the common sense.
If it is lack of evidence then the Prosecutor should be kicked out.
For only this day a good criminal justice system is needed. Why this dumb Pakistani awaam is running after Military courts!! A good criminal justice system will nab the terrorists as well as routine criminals hence making the lives of Pakistani's easy and image better.
apart from military courts, which I personally fully support, I think we urgently need to train our Law Enforcement Agencies about collecting evidence on a crime scene.. We all see on television how everyone ruins important evidences on a crime scene right after an event occurs... Our police doesnt even effectively cordon off the area....
Guys think about if these people are implanted in the case by our corrupt police?
This is exactly why Military Courts is the need of today!
Don't let these two suspects go in one or the other way - otherwise we'll regret!!! Because - they are trained for this and they don't leave any evidences behind.
Next option is police encounter!
