RAWALPINDI: The Punjab government has prepared a seniority list of all the elementary school teachers in Rawalpindi to promote them to secondary school teachers. The seniority list has been placed at the executive district officer (EDO) education. Punjab Teachers Association Rawalpindi district President Choudhary Yasin has asked all the elementary school teachers to check the list and inform the department of anomalies, if any, within three days. Fifty per cent of the quota of the secondary school teacher posts is reserved for the elementary school teachers.
