Missing Person: Rangers to submit reply on Jan 1

HYDERABAD: The Sindh High Court on Friday ordered the Rangers to submit a reply by January 1 in the case of the alleged enforced disappearance of Zulfiqar Lakho. The Rangers were asked to submit reply on Friday but no lawyer appeared on their behalf. Lakho, who is said to be a transporter, was allegedly detained from Mirpurkhas on December 13. The petitioner, Lakho’s brother Salamat, informed the court that the Rangers arrested him from the Laghari petrol pump and did not nominate him in a police case or produced him in court.
