The court had stayed the executions, immediately after which the federal government filed a review appeal against the decision.
Justice Arshad Mahmood Tabassum while hearing the government's review plea today and after reviewing copies of the military court’s proceedings and judgment asserted the prisoners should be executed.
The convicts – Ehsan Azeem, Asif Idrees, Amir Yousaf, Kamran Aslam, and Umar Nadeem – were scheduled to be sent to the gallows in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat jail on Monday.
Six prisoners have been hanged since Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced last week that a six-year moratorium on the death penalty was being lifted in terror cases.

Excellent, clean house no time than now!
Why on earth do they keep giving out the names of jails where the prisoners are supposed to be executed?. Are they too stupid that they disclose the location to the public or are they very clever that they name one place and execute at some other so they don't get raided.
Any sentence to the lawyer who tried to cheat the court and drew the stay order in the previous hearing?
I don't think publishing the names of the judges in such verdicts should be made public on the media.
judiciary should also play same with other cases
