ISLAMABAD:
A speeding tractor hit two motorcyclists in Sector I-16 in the limits of Tarnol police on Monday. One of the motorcyclists died on the spot while the other was critically injured in the accident.
The police say tractor driver Muhammad Rafiq’s reckless driving caused the accident. The deceased was identified as Muhammad Sarfraz, while Muhammad Asim suffered injuries. The police have arrested Rafiq.
