Addressing the media in Islamabad, the foreign affairs and national security adviser to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said, “Pakistan and Afghanistan have also agreed not to let anyone use their soil against each other.”
“Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has pledged that he would not let his country's border be used for terrorism,” Aziz added.
Further, he said officials from the two countries will meet within two weeks to discuss measures for effective border control.
Last night, in an interview to AFP, Aziz termed the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan’s savage attack on an army-run school in Peshawar a ‘game changer’ and said, “The distinction between some groups you want to target and some groups you don’t want to target has virtually disappeared.”
Responding to a question regarding relations with India, Aziz said, “Serious efforts are required to resume the stalled Pakistan-India dialogue.”

We army should not step in Afghanistan.
since Indian are in majority in Afghanistan so Pakistan should talk with India for any further move against Terrorists
9/11 in the US massacred 3000 people, 150 were killed in Peshawar; 9/11 destroyed billions of dollars of property including the world's two iconic skyscrapers, Peshawar's Army school was not destroyed, only innocent children; Peshawar was an inside job with terrorists whom Pakistan supported and gave bread and sustainance, 9/11 was an outside job mostly by Saudi citizens but each of the terrorist, emphasis on every terrorist linked to 9/11 attacks has a linkage and a connection to Pakistan. Can Mr. Aziz understand these difference before comparing Peshawar 16/12 and US 9/11 and he is supposedly a foreign policy adviser of Pakistan? Peshawar 16/12 is much much more akin to Mumbai 26/11 which he will not compare, no matter how logical it will appear to the rest of the world. WHY? Everyone knows the answer, why. Get you comparisons right, Honorable Mr. Aziz.
@Salaman Khan: Can you people please just go away! The world doesnt revolve around you, we have other things to take care of!
Is this the same gentleman who said we wont take action against Afghanistan's enemy? because technically they are our friends.
if Afghanistan would have been enough to combat then certainly there would have never a invader dare to step in afghan territory
When is Pakistan going to jointly carry out joint operation with India. If they do this and wipe out Let, JuD. God willing a new phase of partnership would emerge which would be based on mutual trust and respect.
And this time no games... none of that 'friendly militant' and 'unfriendly militant' crap please.
