FIA to investigate 3 accused in BB's case

RAWALPINDI:

Anti Terrorism Court Rawalpindi has granted permission to the FIA to investigate 3 more accused in the assassination of former premier Benazir Bhutto on Wednesday.


The accused include Syed Arab, Mohammad Sharif and Gulroz who are being held in Adiala Jail for their invovement in Kamra terrorist attack.


The court slammed the FIA for failing to present the final challan, especially when the UN report has also been submitted.


The government prosecutor requested the court for more time to investigate the accused. The request was refused.


The court has summoned the 5 accused in the case and eye witnesses to record their statements in the next hearing.

Sular | 14 years ago | Reply Every one knows the fact on tv talk show, most of the leaders have their correct finding and nominating the real culprits who are in govt post. It is a pre plan. Chief security officer has the solid alligation and said the correct statement. Without the leaders of the PPP report cannot be fact finding.Make impartial inquiries. Leaders are fighting themself and blaming each others.
