Condemning isn't enough for this heinous act of brutality. The real motives of such crime should be sort out.Why TTP has become so aggressive? Even the innocent kids are becoming war victims. Where are Agencies????? If agencies have sent clues about the incident, then responsible persons should be dealt severely. As in majority of cases agencies give clues about the upcoming incidents but the local law enforcement departments fail to respond well in time.
