Unhygienic: Ghee manufacturers booked

HARIPUR: The district administration of Haripur has booked the owners of three factories for allegedly manufacturing unhygienic and adulterated ghee, police said on Saturday. An official of Hattar police said Additional Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Ali Bukhari raided three industrial units, Islamabad Poultry, Sheikh Poultry and Hattar Poultry, following multiple complaints. A large quantity of inventory and factory machinery was seized, however, the accused managed to escape. Police have registered criminal cases against owners Imdad Ali, Akhtar Rehman and Juma Khan.
